At PVC Custom Boxes, we are committed to delivering your custom packaging quickly, safely, and efficiently. Every order is manufactured according to your approved specifications and shipped using trusted international courier services.
Production Time
All products are custom manufactured after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Our standard production time is 4–5 business days. Production may vary slightly depending on the order quantity, box style, printing method, and finishing options selected.
Please note that production begins only after the final artwork has been approved.
Shipping Methods
We provide FREE worldwide air shipping using trusted international courier companies, including:
- DHL Express
- FedEx
- UPS
We do not offer sea freight shipping. All orders are shipped by air to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery worldwide.
Shipping Time
After production is completed, your order is dispatched by air. Standard international delivery typically takes 5–6 business days, depending on your destination country and customs clearance.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment online.
Customs Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government charges depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your local customs authority.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. PVC Custom Boxes is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email inquiry@pvccustomboxes.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged package so our team can investigate the issue promptly.
