Return & Refund Policy

At PVC Custom Boxes, every order is manufactured exclusively according to the customer’s approved specifications. Because our products are fully customized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started. Please review your artwork, dimensions, quantity, and order details carefully before approving your order.

Custom-Made Orders

All of our products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer. As a result, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded simply because of a change of mind, cancellation, or any reason unrelated to a manufacturing error.

Order Cancellation

If you have made a payment and wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of payment. If production has not yet started, we may approve your cancellation.

Please note that a cancellation approved within this period is subject to the deduction of:

  • Merchant/payment processing fees
  • Tooling, setup, plate, die, or artwork preparation charges (if applicable)
  • Any costs already incurred before cancellation

After the 12-hour cancellation period or once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued due to the custom nature of the manufacturing process.

Reprints for Manufacturing Errors

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order contains a manufacturing defect caused by our production process, we will provide a free reprint of the affected items.

A reprint may be provided if:

  • The boxes are damaged due to our manufacturing process.
  • The boxes contain printing defects or significant misprints.
  • The finished box size does not match the approved specifications.
  • The product differs materially from the approved artwork or production proof.

We do not issue cash refunds for custom-manufactured products. Our responsibility is limited to producing and supplying replacement products that meet the approved specifications.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment by emailing inquiry@pvccustomboxes.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • A description of the problem

Our quality assurance team will review your claim and determine whether it qualifies for a reprint.

Customer-Approved Artwork

PVC Custom Boxes is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer before production, including but not limited to:

  • Spelling or grammatical mistakes
  • Incorrect artwork or graphics
  • Incorrect dimensions
  • Color choices approved during proofing
  • Any information contained in the approved artwork

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before granting final production approval.
